Even though this type of request is highly unusual, it can happen from time to time when someone registers too quickly and/or realizes they may have used the wrong person's Referral ID. 

There are two possible solutions:

(1) The person can request from
support@gokumarket.com that the wrong account is closed and simply open a new account using the correct Referral ID. Why do you need to report the account closed? Because GokuMarket only allows one account per person and entity.


(2) The person can also contact their existing sponsor (upline) and kindly request them to release and approve that they can change to a new sponsor. Once the person has the approval from their existing sponsor, then they also need the approval from the new sponsor before they are able to be moved. What is the process for this move?

a) Ask your sponsor to send an email to support@gokumarket.com with you ccd using below email template.

b) Ask your new sponsor to send an email to support@gokumarket.com with you ccd, using the below email template.

c) Finally, send an email to support@gokumarket.com with your official request to be moved using the below email template.

My Client ID is ### and I hereby request that my sponsor is changed from Client ID ### (current) to Client ID #### (new). The current sponsor sent release email from (name@gmail) to support on yyyy-mm-dd and the new sponsor sent an approval email from (name@gmail) to support on yyyy-mm-dd. I understand that this change can only be made after these two emails have been received directly from the sponsors to
support@gokumarket.com.
